1. Services

SkinMed Aesthetics provides medical aesthetic and skincare services. All services are subject to availability and professional assessment.

2. Appointments and Payments

  • Appointments must be scheduled in advance.
  • We may require deposits for certain services.
  • Payments are due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service if necessary.

3. Cancellation Policy

We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a fee.

4. SMS Terms and Conditions

By providing your phone number and opting in, you agree to receive SMS (text) messages from SkinMed Aesthetics related to:

  • Appointment confirmations and reminders
  • Service updates and notifications
  • Customer support communications

SkinMed Aesthetics is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, to the extent permitted by law.

7. Medical Disclaimer

All treatments are performed by qualified professionals; however, results may vary. Clients are responsible for disclosing relevant medical history prior to treatment.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
